I ran out of time to do a lot of cooking from this, but it seems like a lovely cookbook with reliable recipes that we have come to expect from such a standout as Deb Perelman。 A great addition to any public library collection, readers will recognize Perelman from her popular blog Smitten Kitchen。

Over the years, Smitten Kitchen is one of the only food blogs I still read with any regularity。 It's a keeper, if you will。 Because of that, I was so excited to get this ARC (thank you, Net Galley!)A cookbook dedicated to recipes that are so satisfying that you want to make them over and over is a great idea, and this book does not disappoint。 From the trio of Breakfast Salads to the Angry Grandma Pizza to the desserts, snacks, and cocktails, this collection of recipes looks amazing, and all see Over the years, Smitten Kitchen is one of the only food blogs I still read with any regularity。 It's a keeper, if you will。 Because of that, I was so excited to get this ARC (thank you, Net Galley!)A cookbook dedicated to recipes that are so satisfying that you want to make them over and over is a great idea, and this book does not disappoint。 From the trio of Breakfast Salads to the Angry Grandma Pizza to the desserts, snacks, and cocktails, this collection of recipes looks amazing, and all seem easily doable! What an excellent cookbook。 I even love the story bits inside the recipes-- they feel like a close friend is whispering positive encouragement to you while you make the recipe。 I made the White Ragu and it was incredible! I can't wait to try other recipes in the book-- so many of them looked so simple and quick that it'll be sure to cure some cooking ennui。 Deb has done it again!
